- Pickup is by appointment only. Our factory is located at 1145 Ave. Laplace in Laval.
- Your order It is important that you verify your order to avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for this.
- Returns & Refunds You can return or exchange any item in its original condition (unmodified or damaged) or defective, within 30 days following the date of receipt of the merchandise.
* A 10% return fee is applicable on products manufactured at our factory and 15% if the product is manufactured by one of our suppliers. Ex: cabinet handle
* Merchandise marked "final sale", "as is", "counters" cannot be returned or exchanged.
If in the event that the merchandise is damaged by kwizine in stock, we will only offer a replacement.
Merchandise Damaged items cannot be replaced free of charge and no compensation will be granted to you.
