What delivery areas do you serve?
We serve 9 delivery zones. Delivery costs vary depending on the distance of the delivery address from the Kwizine en stock distribution centre located at 1145 Laplace Avenue in Laval.
What are the delivery options?
It is possible to have your cabinets delivered directly to your home if you are located within the 9 delivery zones. Here are the possible options:
Outside delivery: Our Delivery Team will leave the cabinets and accessories in front of the building and the customer is responsible for bringing their order inside.
Inside Delivery: Our Delivery Team will bring your entire order inside. This option adds $135 to the delivery fee calculated for your address.
Factory pickup (FREE): It is possible to pick up your order at our factory, free of charge.
Branch Pickup: You can pick up your order at one of our branches. Transfer fees may apply depending on the amount of the order.
What is the return and refund policy?
It is possible to exchange a product that has not been installed. Simply repackage the item and bring it back to one of our branches. Return fees apply. See our returns and refunds policy.
Do you offer the project design service?
Yes, we offer a design service at all our branches. The service includes:
- In-store consultation
- The design of your project in 3D by a specialist
- A PDF document linked to the project
- Quote
The cost of this service is $99, which will be refunded when you place an order with Kwizine en Stock.
What is your lead time?
Our lead time is 5 to 10 business days for melamine or flat polymer cabinets. Additional delays must be taken into account for all shaker type doors. Additional delays may apply during certain periods of the year when demand is higher.
Are the cabinets easy to install on your own?
Yes, it’s easy to install our cabinets. Our in stock cabinets are pre-assembled. The cabinets melamine boxes arrive in one piece and all you have to do is to install the doors and drawer fronts by screwing the fasteners and clipping them on the cabinet boxes! For more details, refer to the installation guide.
Do you offer material samples?
Yes! You can order samples of our materials to see colours and finishes before you make your choice. Come to our nearest branch to discover them or apply online.
Do you have a loyalty program for professionals?
Yes! We offer an exclusive program for contractors and designers, including training to facilitate placing orders and quotes, as well as personalized support. You can also benefit from discounts of 5 to 15% depending on your purchase volume. Contact us to find out more.
Do you offer an installation service?
We do not offer installation service, but our cabinets are designed to make installation easy. If you need installation services, you can carry out your project with Kwizine sur mesure.
