Delivery and collection

Pickup

Pickup service is free if the order is picked up at our factory located in Laval. An additional fee to be determined will be added if the order is picked up at our Saint-Hubert or Laval store.

Delivery

We offer rates based on your delivery area. Delivery will be calculated at checkout.
If you are not in a remote area, local delivery offers the possibility of delivery service inside your home for an additional $135.

Returns and Refunds

You may return or exchange any item in its original condition (unaltered or damaged) or defective, within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. * *Merchandise marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

A 10% return fee applies to items manufactured at our factory.
A 15% return fee applies to items manufactured externally.

WE CANNOT RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED OR ARE DAMAGED.
